Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. The expected delivery time for each item is shown on its product page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers, weather and holidays.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Some orders may arrive in more than one package, each with its own tracking number.
Address changes
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible; we can update it only before the order ships.
Lost, late or damaged packages
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, your order arrives damaged, or something is missing, contact us at advisingbyivan@gmail.com and we will make it right. See also our Refund Policy.
